With the clients desire to create a separate space for visitors, and tricky Council overlays present, this stand-alone guest flat was a study in harmony, not only for the clients, but Council and neighbours alike.

Many intricate layers were overcome with its placement, size and orientation to create privacy for everyone-visiting or living.
