A mini development for a repeat client where 3 new dwellings were required – one for them and two for the market.

Achieving 3 stand-alone houses, each with double garages + parking, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, separate laundries and multiple outdoor spaces on a tricky, interestingly shaped rear site, was no mean feat. The end result impressed the market.
